When Taylor Woodrow plc and George Wimpey Plc merged on 3 July 2007 to create Taylor Wimpey plc, your George Wimpey shares were replaced by an issue of Taylor Wimpey shares. A share certificate for your shares of Taylor Wimpey will have been sent to you around the 17th July 2007 (or, if you hold your shares in Crest, would have been credited to your Crest account on or about 3 July 2007).
